埼玉県の深谷は池袋駅から電車で２時間ぐらいかかる場所です。実は、最初は、ここに行く予定ではなかったのですが、たまたま深谷のチューリップが放送されているニュースを見て、「ここはいいなぁ。。」と思って、次の日行くことにしました。チューリップを見に行ったのですが、実は深谷の桜の方が驚くほどキレイでした。深谷駅の前に桜並木が川に沿って４キロほど続いてすごくきれいでした＾＾。
We went to Fukaya on a beautiful sunny Saturday (4/10/2010). We didn’t plan this trip actually. I was just telling my husband about last night’s news of Fukaya garden and he said “why don’t we go today?”. And about 2 hours after that, we arrived at this lovely garden. ^^
Oh, and it takes about 2 hours by train from Ikebukuro station, and then about 10 minutes by taxi or bus to the Green Garden. But Sakura is just right in front of the station and continuing on to about 4km! Just fantastic!
